After using for two years, the experimental effect of the rubber roller of the gin will be affected gradually due to the natural aging, dyeing penetration, etc. Then the repairing milling should be processed on the rubber surface. Many factories have the experiments of repairing and milling the rubber surface, but not familiar with the structure of the standing small gin (505, 505T) of our institute, which cause that the work of the gin is abnormal or the performance is lowered after removing and installing the rubber roller. Currently, the correct methods of removing and installing the rubber rollers of our institute are explained as following:

1. Cut the power supply and gas supply.
2. Remove the two behind columns of the gin (the front standing column, top board and gas circuit shall not be moved for fear affecting the precision of the machine.).
3. Mark on the bearing site in the both ends of the rubber rollers above and below to guarantee the site and direction of four bearing sites when reinstalling (for instance write the “above left”, “below left”, “above right”, “below right” and arrowhead signs with mark pen).
4. Remove the above roller in balance and put down.
5. Open the door of machine box, screw off the fixed bolt (in the place above left of the switchboard, the diameter is 2 centimeters, black) of the switchboard, and turn off the switchboard.
6. Loosen the bolt in the end of the nylon gear, remove the flexible blocking ring in the nylon gear and gear axle.
7. Hold the below roller level, move to left to take out the roller end, take off and put down.
8. Push aside the bearing (site) of the both ends of the rubber rollers above and below with drawing and put down.
9. Repair and mill the rubber.
10. After finishing milling the rubber rollers, and reinstall in converse order.
11. Test the gin remaining rate newly.
